課程概述 |
The aim of this course is to let students understand the concept and the practical usage of IT applications for the strategic management of an organization. |
|
課程目標 |
This course introduces the relationship between IT and the strategic management of the organization, inclusive of the IT effects on the organizational environment and the strategic management, the strategies for business organizations to build information systems and electronics industries, how the enterprise use IT to gain advantages, the analysis of industries, and the structures of strategic planning; while, using case studies to conduct extensive analysis of the effects of IT on business organization’s strategic management and the modes of industries. |
